Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
New York State has submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) its final plan for distributing $54.5 million in Federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funds that will be used to buy, renovate and resell foreclosed homes.
