Using the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program for Special Needs Housing
In the Fall of 1999, the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR), with sponsorship from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), held a training, How to Use Tax Credits In Special Needs Housing, in three locations: New York City, Syracuse and Albany.
