Dear Prospective Bidder:

This serves as notification that the Invitation for Bid dated October 13, 2008 for the (4) 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid Compact SUV Leases, Bid #080070-S is being withdrawn. Proposals were due by no later than November 3, 2008.

Our agency has received notification that Ford Motor Company has set a build-out date for the 2009 model year vehicles and none of these are currently available. We are reviewing our options and will consider your company for future vehicle procurements.

Request for Proposals for Housing Trust Fund Corporation Office of Legal Affairs Closing Binder Scanning Project

The New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation's (HTFC) Office of Legal Affairs (OLA) is seeking proposals to have its printed materials from real estate closings converted to images. This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides the general and technical information prospective contractors need to be able to submit a proposal for these services.


Request for Proposals for Training for Attorneys Providing Foreclosure Prevention Services

The New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) is requesting proposals from qualified applicants to provide training to attorneys for the purpose of providing legal services under the NYS Subprime Foreclosure Prevention Services Program ("the Program") or in direct coordination with not-for-profit counselors funded under the Program. Additionally, HTFC is seeking to extend training opportunities to private attorneys who are willing to provide pro bono assistance to New York homeowners who are at risk of losing their home through foreclosure under a subprime or unconventional mortgage loan. All training funded by HTFC under this RFP shall be offered to attorneys at no charge.


Single Source Contract Notification

This is a Single Source contract notification required under Section 142 of the Economic Development Law and Section 163(1)(h) of the State Finance Law. The New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC), a NYS Public Benefit Corporation, has made a determination to issue a Single Source contract to the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation d/b/a NeighborWorks® America to provide the development and implementation of a two year comprehensive plan for training of foreclosure prevention/loss mitigation techniques to housing counseling agencies in New York.
