Homes For Working Families (HWF) Application Completeness Re-submission Forms
The following fillable application exhibits and attachments, with instructions, are being provided for use in responding to incomplete notices received from DHCR. Applicants only need to download those exhibits and attachments for which responses need to be provided. Please note that, due to software differences, these fillable forms are not 100% identical to the corresponding CDOL exhibits. This includes edits that may have precluded submission of the CDOL application until identified errors were resolved. As a result, applicants using these forms need to ensure that only changes/corrections necessitated by the incomplete notice are made, so that submissions in response to the incomplete notice agree with information provided in other parts of the original on-line application. THESE FORMS ARE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF APPLICANTS WHO RECEIVE AN INCOMPLETE NOTICE CONCERNING AN APPLICATION SUBMITTED FOR HOMES FOR WORKING FAMILIES (HWF) FUNDING AND MAY NOT BE USED IN PLACE OF CDOL TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO DHCR.
